Natural imperfections in the fabric are possible, we believe they add to each pillow’s uniqueness and beauty. The fabric’s delicate natural fibers can be damaged by machine washing. We recommend dry cleaning for removing stains or for occasional cleaning. Creasing can happen in transit and can be easily fixed by steaming your pillow cover. Pillow insert not included, however inserts are available for purchase here. Our pillow inserts are made with 100% white duck feathers to give optimal support and comfort.
